Delete your account

You can delete your account directly from the app. The action is permanent.

From inside the app

  1. 1Open Songe AI, then go to Settings.
  2. 2Open Manage my account, then Delete my account.
  3. 3Confirm the deletion. Your account and the data attached to it are then deleted.

Before you delete your account

If you want to keep a copy of your dreams, export them before deleting, from Settings, then My data. Once the account is deleted, that data can no longer be recovered.

What is deleted

Your dreams, their analyses, your profile, My dream collection, your statistics and your account are all deleted.

If you no longer have access to the app

Write to us from the email address linked to your account and ask for it to be deleted. The request is handled within thirty days and you will receive a confirmation by email.
